Clinical Manager - Occupational Therapist

Jayne loves seeing the difference her involvement can make and watching positive outcomes from the interventions developed in collaboration with her team and clients. We are better together.


With over fifteen years of experience both within NSW and the NT, Jayne has worked within pediatric private practice, workplace injury, aged care, and now specialises in adult disability, assistive technology, and neurological disorders.


Jayne is passionate about helping people,  providing clients with targeted advice,  and interventions designed to make life easier and to support them to participate in everyday activities.

Jayne provides professional input into all referrals submitted to Nouvita and supports her team of experienced therapists as the senior clinical manager.

Andrew has a passion for seeing people achieve all they are made to be. He has a love of new technology and automated systems that make life easier.

Working for over twenty years within the property industry, Andrew has gained valuable trade experience, both hands-on and also managing teams to maintain, operate, and develop residential and commercial properties.


When it comes to your home modification project, Andrew will be there to find the right solution for your unique needs and to ensure the project is delivered with excellence from design through construction to achieve exactly the outcomes you desired.




Vicki thrives on being part of a client's journey in good and challenging times, as this is what makes her career as a Physiotherapist so rewarding. Her rich life experiences have deepened her desire to provide authentic and specialised care for people of all ages.


Over the past thirty years, Vicki has gained comprehensive experience in neurology and rehabilitation and is focused on promoting health and well-being.

Vicki has rich clinical knowledge and has continued to develop her expertise and specialisations working with a large variety of clients supported by the NDIS to reach their unique goals. 



Occupational Therapist

Jo has a wealth of clinical knowledge gathered over her extensive career as a senior occupational therapist working with clients in Canberra, Sydney, London, and Newcastle.


Over many decades Jo has gained significant experience in disability mental health, workplace injury, and medico-legal. 

Jo loves empowering clients to reach their goals through assistive technology and targeted interventions.


Jo is Nouvita's specialist qualified driving assessor for Occupational therapist driving assessments. 




Anna is passionate about working with clients to promote their independence and achieve their goals.   

Anna is an experienced senior physiotherapist of twenty-two years.

Practicing in the UK and Australia across the various areas of neurology including acute stroke, neuro rehab, neuro medical, and neurosurgical; including ICU and within community rehab.

Anna has extensive experience, interest, and skill working with clients diagnosed with a neurological or vestibular disorder.


Speech Pathologist

Rebecca considers it a real privilege to work with and support clients during a time of need or challenge. Rebecca believes her interactions often make her day better and assist her to grow more compassionate and understanding to the needs of others.


Rebecca is a passionate and talented speech pathologist with twenty years of extensive experience in the fields of dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), head and neck oncology, and voice issues in both private practice and community health environments.

Occupational Therapist

Alex has a passion for helping people achieve their everyday goals through person-centered therapy in their own homes and within their community. She has a keen interest in assistive technology and home modifications, with the aim of finding unique and innovative solutions to enable participants to achieve their goals.


Since graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2012, Alex has gained robust experience working in aged care and disability. Early on in her career Alex worked with veterans and their families through the DVA and then since its inception, she has been working with participants under the NDIS.

Alex is currently on maternity leave.



Hayley has substantial experience working with clients with spinal cord injuries and believes everyone should have access to progressive therapy to challenge their prognosis.  

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Hayley is passionate about working in complex neurological rehabilitation in both clinic and community settings. Hayley's other clinical interests and experience include working with clients with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and neurodegenerative conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), motor neuron disease (MND), and Friedreich ataxia (FA).

Hayley encourages her clients to strive for an improvement in their functional capacity and independence but also appreciates that therapy needs to be compatible with life – there is more to rehabilitation than physical alone!  



Occupational Therapist

Rhianna completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Honours as a mature-aged student in 2020. 

Previous to practicing occupational therapy, Rhianna had extensive experience in office administration and project management for a large electrical company. 

It was during this time that Rhianna recognised the need for specialist intervention to help correctly design smart and customised solutions to help clients effectively reach their goals. 

Since graduating from Newcastle university Rhianna has had a variety of clinical experiences working across a wide range of conditions from children, NDIS participants, and aged care.

Rhianna is passionate about equipping clients with life skills, effective assistive technology, and enabling home modification to improve their quality of life.

Our team of physiotherapists specialise in the treatment of neurological conditions. They have extensive experience with treating an individual’s movement and function disorders that have originated from the body’s nervous and neuromuscular system. This can include the treatment of muscle weakness and loss of function, coordination and balance difficulties and uncontrolled muscle spasms and tremors. This is all done in collaboration with the individual to ensure their goals are aligned with the therapy program. Common neurological conditions which our team is familiar with include:

  • Stroke/ CVA, TIA

  • Multiple sclerosis (MS)

  • Motor neurone disease (MND)

  • Parkinson’s disease

  • Spinal cord injury

  • Traumatic brain injury

Our speech pathologists provide assessment and intervention for adult clients experiencing any challenge related to their communication skills and issues relating to swallowing food or drink. Contact us for further details on these services:

  • Rehabilitation following a stroke or traumatic brain injury

  • Neurological impairment conditions affecting language

  • Dysphagia (swallowing difficulties)

  • Dyspraxia (coordinating mouth movements for clear speech)

We also offer services to nursing homes working with clients who may have difficulty with swallowing (dysphagia) or speech issues such as dyspraxia and dysarthria. We can design and deliver your major or minor home modifications from end to end. With our team of therapists, designers, trades, and project managers you can enjoy a single point of contact for your works without the need to become a construction manager.

Throughout Rachel’s professional career she has one common thread, she loves to help people. 

Starting at an early age with extensive experience in customer service, Rachel moved into studying and practicing marketing and communication in 2001, in the 21 years since she has managed many successful collaborative teams and assisted many brands grow and adapt well to the changing environment.  

Rachel has a people-centric approach priding herself as a good listener and constant learner. With a history of effectively using customer insights to help private companies and not-for-profit charities grow their brand, clarify their communications, and helping to provide the delivery of exceptional client experiences.


Rachel is excited to support such an outstanding group of passionate allied health professionals as their business manager.

Occupational Therapist 

Having graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle in 2007,

Bronwyn has over 15 years of experience working with clients in the Hunter region living with a Spinal cord injury (SCI) traumatic, non-traumatic and aging-related.


Bronwyn has gained her clinical skills and experience by working in the medical rehabilitation ward at the John Hunter Hospital along with many years working in the community at both the Hunter Spinal Injury service and other private practices. 

Bronwyn has worked with clients at all stages of life helping to provide NDIS assessments, reporting, and therapies to help them achieve their goals. 

Bron is well respected by her peers for her experience and expertise in prescribing complex and non-complex equipment and assisting clients with their community access and home modification requirements. 

Bronwyn is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her clients.
